Adding a Substance Test

How to Add a Substance Test

Open the Substance Testing section on the Client Management form.

  • Click the + to add a new substance test.
  • Complete the Substance Test form:
    • Specify the date of the test.
    • Specify the reason for administering.*
    • Specify who administered the test. This defaults to the user entering the record
    • Specify the type of the test.*
    • Specify the drugs that are being screened for.
    • Specify the outcome.*
    • Click the “apply a fee” if applicable.*
    • Add any attachments. 
    • Click the + next to case notes to add a case note right from the record.
