How to Add a Substance Test
Open the Substance Testing section on the Client Management form.
- Click the + to add a new substance test.
- Complete the Substance Test form:
- Specify the date of the test.
- Specify the reason for administering.*
- Specify who administered the test. This defaults to the user entering the record
- Specify the type of the test.*
- Specify the drugs that are being screened for.
- Specify the outcome.*
- Click the “apply a fee” if applicable.*
- Add any attachments.
- Click the + next to case notes to add a case note right from the record.
