Adding Attachments

How to Add Attachments

Open the Attachments section on the client management form.

Click the + in the top right of the Attachment window.

Note: Press Alt+N on your keyboard can also add new attachments.

  • The four ways to add an attachment in OCSS are:
    • Dragging a document from File Explorer onto the page
    • Adding new attachment
    • Taking a photo
    • Scanning a document

 

  • When an attachment is uploaded, specify the Description. The Description will be the attachment’s name in OCSS.
  • An attachment can be added to several sections of the client management form. The attachment will be stored in Attachments with a link to the given tab it was uploaded to.
