      How to Add Co-Defendants & Victims

      • Open the Cases section on the client management form.
      • Click the Additional Info tab.

      • Click the + to add a new victim.

      • Select the victim tab and choose the type of association.
        • Standard associations are anyone who is not a client inside of OCSS.
        • Now client association will allow you to link an existing client using their OCSS ID.
      • You will now be in the association's section of the client management form.
        • Complete the association form.
        • Under the associated cases section, click "set" to set the amount of restitution.

      • Specify the account and the amount of restitution
