How to Change Supervision
Open the Cases section on the client management form.
- Click the menu, and select “Change Supervision Wizard”.
- This wizard is used when the type of supervision changes. A new supervisor can also be assigned for the new supervision type.

- Step 1: Choose the case(s) to change the supervision on
- Step 2: Select the new supervision type. Once the type is selected, define the level, phase, start date, primary status, and duration. The expected end will be calculated from the duration.
- Step 3: Choose the new supervisor for the new type of supervision.
Step 4: Choose which supervisions to close. Closing supervision indicates the offender will no longer be supervised with that supervision.
- No supervisions - None of the offender’s supervisions will be closed
- All Currently Open Supervisions - All supervisions assigned to the selected case will be closed.
- Only Current Primary Supervision - Only the supervision marked primary will be closed.
