Editing Documents

How to edit generated documents

  • Open the Attachment section in the client management form. 

    • Select the document you would like to edit.

    • To edit the document click the Edit button above the document preview window.

Note: For this function to work properly, you must have the Agency Client Utility downloaded.

    • A green notification box will appear at the bottom of your screen, and the attachment will be opened in your default text editor.

 

  • When the document loads to your default text editor, you will be able to make whatever changes are necessary.
    • Once the changes have been made to the document, save and close the document.
    • The edited document will be automatically uploaded back into the client’s attachments.
      Note: The original version of the document, as well as the revised copy, will be stored in OCSS.
