How to Set User Preferences
Open the Preferences section from the home screen.
General Tab:
- Speed Login code: Used with the Drug Test Kiosk.
- New password & Confirm: Used to change your password.
- Theme: Changes the theme to be light or dark.
- Default Form: Defines the form that displays when all other forms are closed.
- Default Search Type: Sets the default search when opening the client search utility.
- Default Search Scope: Sets the scope between your agency and system-wide when searching in Advanced Search.
- Default Search Status: Sets the case status when searching in Advanced Search.
- Default Case Note Date: When entering a Case Note, this will default the date to today's date or blank.
- Default Case Filter: Defines the entries linked to open, closed, or both cases to display in the management form.
- Show absconders, courtesy in/out: Defines if offenders with these statuses will be displayed in My Open Supervisions and All Open Cases.
