Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and manage support tickets from clients regarding the case management systems.
Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to users via phone and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets.
Log and document support calls and tickets and follow up on ongoing issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Stay updated with the system features and updates.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Moderate computer skills, including familiarity with software troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
