Data Sharing

We're connecting all the Pennsylvania probation departments together. Of course, this is highly protected and only the information you choose to share is shared outside of basic demographics. This structure also allows state organizations (that are approved and users in the system) to easily complete reporting across all the departments that use the system.

Workflows and Dashboards

ezSupervision will tell supervisors, officers, and defendants when things are coming up. You can even force officers to acknowledge specific actions to ensure they have seen then.

Free Offender App

The app for the defendants is included with ezSupervision. It allows them to self-report (perfect for low-risk caseloads), see upcoming appointments, jump on a recorded video call, sign documents, see their documents, and be tracked via GPS similar to Life 360.

With our reporting engine, you have the power to generate reports on absolutely anything. Simply select an officer and effortlessly audit their entire caseload in a matter of seconds. Our UI-based reporting engine encompasses every data field within the system.

Texting, Mass Texting, and Reminders

Direct texting - send and receive texts from one agency phone number. Both messages sent and received from clients are logged in the client's profile automatically.

Appointment Reminders (Probation and Court) - automated text or voice call reminders. The messages and delivery frequency can be customized per appointment type. You can even send text and voice reminders for court appointment using the JNET integration.

Mass communication - send a text or voice message to the caseload. Users can filter on officers, supervision types, specialized dockets, or existing appointments between a date range.

Auditing Officer's Caseloads

Run a report that shows Officer John's entire caseload of offenders who:

Haven't been seen in 1,2,3.. months
Don't have a visit in the future
Are missing data (race, gender, offenses, ORAS, case plan, address, phone, anything else)
Have past due assessments, activities, treatments, community service, etc.
