Our automated substance testing feature makes it ez to customize a frequency-based system that fits your agency and client's needs. Plus, clients can call or text your agency's substance testing phone number to check their testing status. And for added convenience, we have a substance testing kiosk for streamlining data entry!

ezSupervision's random testing schedule is truly random by using a frequency-based scheduling system. Clients can check their testing days by daily call-ins or texting your agency substance phone number. Alternatively, a reminder message or call can be sent out using the communication module to notify clients of a selected drug screen. At the end of each day, officers will automatically receive a report of their client who failed to show, tested positive, missed their call in window, or did not check in.

In addition, we have created a substance test results kiosk. The kiosk feature allows your staff to enter test results in seconds, identify existing medications, collect client signatures, and capture an additional observer.
